Refund & Cancellation Policy — SACKO CONCEPT

Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Kits)

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or delivered. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads (Figma templates, Canva packs, PDF guides) after delivery.

However, we will issue a full refund if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The product delivered does not match the description
• A technical error prevented access to the download

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at sackoconcept8@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Custom Services (3D Rendering, Virtual Staging, Branding, Photography)

• Cancellations requested before work has started: full refund
• Cancellations after work has started: partial refund based on work completed
• No refund once the final files have been delivered and approved

EU Customers

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once download or delivery has begun, as confirmed at checkout.
