Refund Policy

Digital products

Because our digital products (Figma templates, UI kits, Canva templates, guides and other downloadable files) are delivered electronically and can be copied, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or a download link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, or if you believe you received the wrong or a corrupted file, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@sackoconcept.com and we will make it right — typically by re-sending the correct files or providing a replacement.

Done-for-you services

For custom services (3D rendering, virtual staging, photography, branding, print and advertising), terms are agreed before work begins. Deposits and work already started are non-refundable. Each service includes the number of revisions stated on its product page so we can refine the result to your satisfaction.
