How do I receive my files after purchase?
All our products are digital. Right after checkout you'll receive an email with an instant download link, and the same link appears in your order confirmation. There's no shipping and no waiting — your files are available immediately.

What format are the files in?
It depends on the product, and it's listed on each product page. Figma templates come as a Figma file link, Canva templates as a Canva template link, and guides as a ready-to-read PDF.

I didn't receive my download link — what should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, email contact@sackoconcept.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 24 hours.

Do I need special software?
For Figma templates, a free Figma account is enough. For Canva templates, a free or Pro Canva account (some elements may require Pro). For guides, any PDF reader works.

Refunds & licensing

What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered. If a file is missing, corrupted, or you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I use the templates for commercial or client work?
Yes, with the right license. Our standard license is for personal use. Products marked "Pro" or "Commercial License" allow you to use the designs in paid client work. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the template files themselves is never allowed.

Can I share a file with a colleague?
No. One purchase grants one license, for one person or business.

Editing & using the templates

How do I edit the Canva templates?
Open the template link, click "Use template," then replace the photos and text with your own and download. No design experience needed.

How do I edit the Figma templates?
Duplicate the file to your own Figma account, then edit the components and auto-layout freely. Everything is fully editable and organized.

Can you customize a template for me?
Absolutely. We offer done-for-you design services — just reach out or book a discovery call and we'll handle it for you.

How do the done-for-you services work?
Choose your package, complete checkout, and we'll contact you to gather your details. Your deliverables are completed within the lead time shown on the service.

How do we communicate during a project?
