All products sold by SACKO CONCEPT are digital products and services. No physical items are shipped.

Digital downloads (Figma templates, PDF guides, Canva packs) are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email address upon payment confirmation.

Custom services (3D rendering, virtual staging, branding, photography) are delivered digitally via email or file transfer within the timeframe specified on each service page (48 hours to 7 business days depending on the service).
